Navy Blazer (logo optional on blazer) to be worn with white polo. Blazer is required for formal day on Thursdays.
Land's End Drifter sweater with logo: vest, cardigan, v-neck, crew neck, zip-front, button front v-neck. Sweaters must be red or white.

Formal Day Attire (K to 6th)
Girls must wear a navy jumper with white polo or peter pan top; third-sixth grade girls have the option to wear the A-line navy skirt with a white Polo or Peter Pan top.
Boys must wear their navy blazer with white polo and khaki pants.
Spirit Day Attire (Fridays)
Students may wear a PHA Spirit Day T-shirt with denim or khaki pants or shorts (no plaid, patterned or other materials permitted).
Physical Education Days
Students are permitted to wear sneakers on P. E. days and may bring their Spirit Day T-shirt to change into.
Field Trips
Students MUST wear the red PHA Spirit Day T-shirt on every off campus field trip with khaki pants, shorts or skirt/skort (your child's teacher will let you know if denim is appropriate for field trip).
When placing your order you must give the Land's End representative the PHA logo number 1025377K.
Please remember to write your child's name with a sharpie in all clothing to prevent it from getting lost. On the inside logo lining is great place.
Uniform reminders will be sent home if your child is not in proper uniform.
